Client Growth Strategist

Mattews International is seeking a Client Growth Strategist to drive success and identify growth opportunities across a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients.
About the JobThis role involves leading key client relationships and fostering strong partnerships, developing innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities, and analyzing performance through analytics models and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive account management experience in a Creative Design Agency, Market Research firm or similar consulting environment, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Estimated salary for this position is $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive client growth and retention, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, and create strong and effective partnerships with Brand Development and Brand Deployment teams.
- Assess and manage risks associated with profitability leakage, and establish tactical and strategic priorities and strategies.
- Conduct meetings with existing clients and internal teams to identify adequate new services/offerings, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications, strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts, ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
