Kerridge Commercial Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join its team, responsible for ensuring new Klipboard customers are onboarded effectively and with as little fuss as possible.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer success experience within a SaaS business, with a proven track record of onboarding customers and providing software product training.

Key responsibilities include implementing and building upon existing customer success processes, guiding and coaching customers with proactive customer success processes, and empathizing with every aspect of the customer experience.

The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor with each assigned client, driving product adoption and ensuring they are using Klipboard to achieve full business value.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, team activities, and thorough product and sales training.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Meet and exceed retention and overall customer satisfaction goals

• Conduct periodic customer health-checks

• Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases

• Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
