Sales Growth Executive

beBee Professionals in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary range £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, with commissions and bonuses.
