Strategic Partnership Builder

Central Employment is collaborating with a global B2B technology driven organization to expand its Partnerships team.
This role requires you to work from our Gateshead office for 2-3 weeks, followed by a hybrid working pattern. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners to expand the network and drive growth through effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop strategic plans to approach potential partners using various channels such as email outreach, networking events, conferences, and social media platforms.
- Onboard new partners with the guidance of the Partnerships Manager, including integration setup and training.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure a smooth transition and successful partnership launch.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in partnerships or business development roles, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry, with 2-3 years dedicated experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
