Senior Business Development Director for Technical Sales

Located in Aberdeen and the surrounding Scotland areas, this Senior Business Development Manager opportunity has been created for a seasoned professional to lead our growth in the hydrogen, metallurgy, and energy market. We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record of managing and developing multi-million-pound key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business growth and manage established key accounts.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and leverage industry insights to inform business decisions.
- Deliver compelling business development presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and lab staff.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and utilise data to inform business strategies.
We offer a highly competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a company bonus structure, private healthcare, pension, car allowance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
