Global Sales Development Manager

The client:

A leading global engineering brand with a significant presence in the UK and a market-leading range of products and services.

The Role:

This strategic sales role involves developing existing accounts from OEM and Aftermarket perspectives, with a primary focus on acquiring new customers from large engineering verticals like Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and General Industry.

You will build relationships at Senior Engineering/Director level to understand clients' business strategies, drivers, and plans before providing tailored solutions that address their needs and provide a substantial return on investment.

Backed by dedicated sales and marketing support, this opportunity aligns with the size and scale of the business.

The Person:

To succeed, you'll likely have a proven track record in Strategic Business Development, selling engineered components/systems to engineering markets.

The Rewards:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £40,000, with an estimated OTE of £60-65,000 in year 2.

A comprehensive package includes a company car, private healthcare, pension, and other benefits.
