European Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in the East Midlands / East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a European leading manufacturer of multi-point locking systems and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share
- Sell multi-point locking systems directly to fabricators and distributors in the target region
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or sector
- Strong knowledge of the multi-point locking systems market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- A salary of £49,000, negotiable based on experience
- A company car or allowance
- A contributory pension scheme

- 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
