Rental Sales Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Rental Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Cold calling and prospecting to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage own activity through a weekly cookbook, prioritising tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Implement profitable rate cards across key rental accounts.
- Drive rental utilisation in line with annual budgets.
- Produce rental reports on clients and capture accurate information.
- Track record of selling into a saturated marketplace.
- Ability to negotiate win-win outcomes for Alltruck and clients.
- Experience growing a territory of existing accounts through referrals.
- Commission-based selling experience.
- Team selling experience and track record.
- Proven success in target driven outbound sales environments.
- Industry-leading training, coaching, and accountability.
- A competitive salary and commission structure.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
$90,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
