Rental Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Rental Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Cold calling and prospecting to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage own activity through a weekly cookbook, prioritising tasks to meet client needs and deadlines.
  • Implement profitable rate cards across key rental accounts.
  • Drive rental utilisation in line with annual budgets.
  • Produce rental reports on clients and capture accurate information.
Requirements:
  • Track record of selling into a saturated marketplace.
  • Ability to negotiate win-win outcomes for Alltruck and clients.
  • Experience growing a territory of existing accounts through referrals.
  • Commission-based selling experience.
  • Team selling experience and track record.
  • Proven success in target driven outbound sales environments.

Salary:

$90,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
