Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Midlands business operation. The successful candidate will have advanced technical sales expertise and client support experience gained from working within any area of structural support, ground stabilisation, land remediation, foundations, underpinning, ground improvement, and geotechnical engineering.
About Our Client:Our client is a leading specialist contractor in the UK, renowned for providing technically advanced and cost-effective solutions across multiple sectors. They offer a very attractive basic salary (£55,000) plus a highly lucrative bonus scheme and an extensive benefits package.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Support the Sales Director in managing client accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Nurture profitable relationships with clients.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrable achievement within any area of structural support, ground stabilisation, land remediation, foundations, underpinning, ground improvement, and geotechnical engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
