Salary and BenefitsWe are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 + 20% bonus, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer relations, collaborating with stakeholders in the commercial team, and driving sales growth.
- They will also develop processes and strategies to deliver excellent levels of customer service and promote products into developers that meet company sales expectations.
- A strong background in construction product sales is essential, as is a good understanding of the housing developer market and associated product knowledge.
- The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to conduct face-to-face presentations with prospective customers.
