Business Development Manager

As an Account Manager, you will drive and accelerate the Liz Earle brand across a portfolio of important retailers.
You will lead the John Lewis and e-retail business, working closely with experienced colleagues across marketing, category, supply chain, and finance functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing sales strategies and joint business plans to achieve commercial goals
- Managing relationships between Liz Earle and customers to deliver growth and unlock opportunities
- Full P&L management and accountability, including sales revenue, trade spend, market share, and profits targets
This is a high-profile and strategically important role, requiring a good breadth of sales experience as an Account Manager or a high-performance Junior NAM looking to set up.
As a brand ambassador, you will have commercial capability and experience influencing across all levels.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Experience of working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
- Rigorous P&L management experience
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain and demand planning principles
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
