Profitable Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Branch Manager to lead our Commercial Branch in Nottingham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing a high-performing team.
The salary for this role is estimated at £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Accountabilities:- Business Growth: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive branch revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
- Team Performance: As a Commercial Branch Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
