Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our fast-paced sales team at Sharpsmart UK. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders to drive sales growth.
This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful presentations and manage your territory to achieve strategic objectives.
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:- To identify new business opportunities and develop purposeful relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- To interact with internal Field Service, Clinical Education, and Internal Sales teams to meet targets.
- To create and execute targeted sales strategies to deliver revenue growth.
- To provide expert product knowledge and selling skills to maximise sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable success in healthcare waste sales (minimum 3+ years).
- Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects.
