Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our fast-paced sales team at Sharpsmart UK. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders to drive sales growth.

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify new business opportunities and develop purposeful relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders.
  • To interact with internal Field Service, Clinical Education, and Internal Sales teams to meet targets.
  • To create and execute targeted sales strategies to deliver revenue growth.
  • To provide expert product knowledge and selling skills to maximise sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in healthcare waste sales (minimum 3+ years).
  • Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects.
