Strategic Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Ampa Group.
You will be responsible for leading the bid management process and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the bid process, including strategy meetings, content review, and managing bid/no bid decisions.
- Promote best practice in bid management and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team to support bid activities and projects.
- Use your creative and innovative thinking to continually develop our propositions.
- Ensure solid project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple dynamic priorities and deadlines.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position based in a flexible location.
You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
