Job Description

This role involves leading a professional team in delivering strategic asset planning and management activities to a portfolio of assets, projects, and services. The successful candidate will support the delivery of asset reviews, property change projects, and advise on property solutions.

Duties:
  1. To lead a team of professionals in developing strategic asset plans and managing a portfolio of assets.
  2. To provide expert advice on commercial negotiations, asset appraisal, business analysis, and liaison with stakeholders.
  3. To manage and develop a team of surveyors and colleagues to deliver holistic asset planning and management activities.
  4. To support the development of the Council's Corporate Property Strategy and associated policies.
  5. To monitor the performance of the Council's assets and develop key performance indicators.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £400-£450 per day, paid weekly via umbrella, with an ongoing contract duration. The location is Nottingham - NG2, with a hybrid working arrangement.
