Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity as a Strategic HR Business Partner on a six-month fixed term basis will allow you to work closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive strategic plans and results.
As a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will provide coaching, guidance, and support on key matters while offering visible leadership to the business.
You will be the key link between the HR Team and the business, ensuring that activities align with business strategy and add value.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and Lead Local People Strategy: Develop and execute a local people strategy that underpins regional and global strategies.
- Workforce Transformation Program Management: Manage the delivery of a complex multi-year workforce transformation program from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift towards a new Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Talent Management: Create a sustainable talent model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying Strategic Workforce Planning.
- End-to-End Talent Management Process: Manage the end-to-end talent management process, supporting the business in hiring, onboarding, identifying internal talent, and facilitating succession planning activity.
- Cross-Functional Coaching: Provide coaching abilities to support the leadership team on people issues and personal development.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Aligned with a strategic focus that can express an understanding across the scope of the HR operating model, partnering with CoE partners to implement strategy.
- Insight-led utilising data to lead informed discussions, challenge and influence the business to help shape our business and people strategy.
Additional Information
A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid and flexible working, great compensation package, discretionary bonus plan, core benefits, 25 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, 3 volunteering days, and more.
