About the Role:

A Regional HR Business Partner is sought by a leading Education employer to drive strategic objectives and operational day-to-day of the HR team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Advisor to lead on case management, driving engagement strategy, and ensuring staff wellbeing through a structured engagement programme. They will also lead performance management, develop reward solutions, and assist with restructures and reduction programmes.

This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week with regular travel required across Nottinghamshire and wider Midlands sites. To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher / equivalent and demonstrate recent relevant experience working as an HR Business Partner.

You will have experience working with trade unions, leading on complex ER case work, understanding of workforce planning, and experience leading on engagement initiatives.

The salary for this position is up to £49,000.
