Job Title: Senior Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in human resources, with experience in delivering apprenticeships in HR and professional/business services sectors.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards apprenticeships in HR and professional/business services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and support learners with functional skills maths and English to level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a recognised assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.).
  • Must hold the competency to deliver HR at Level 3.
  • Must have experience of delivering full apprenticeships in any of the following vocations: HR; customer service; business administration; leadership and management; project management; marketing; digital skills; financial services.
  • Must hold own Level 3 in a relevant vocation.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.

Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 per annum.

Location: Home/field-based, with flexibility to travel across Yorkshire and the Midlands.
