European Solar Utility Executive

About the Position
">As a European Solar Utility Executive at AIKO Energy, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion in the utility renewable energy sector. With a strong background in the solar utility industry, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, acquiring key accounts, and managing existing ones to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities and Expectations
">- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the utility renewable energy sector.
- Account Management: Manage existing key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained.
- Negotiations and Partnerships: Lead negotiations and provide support at the C-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Customer Requirements Analysis: Identify and analyze customer requirements related to products and services, ensuring alignment with company offerings and driving business growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Take responsibility for achieving key account sales targets and overall business growth.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure customer requirements are addressed in product development and service delivery, and develop innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Minimum 10 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector at the European level, with a strong preference for candidates with export experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the solar utility business across Europe.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Extensive experience working with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
- A polished and cultivated business attitude, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel more than 60% of the time across Europe.
- Possibility of working remotely, demonstrating self-discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different locations.
