Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at AIKO Energy. This role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the solar utility industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop new customer relationships and acquire key accounts in the utility renewable energy sector.
- Take full ownership of assigned key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are maintained.
- Lead negotiations and provide support at the C-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector at the European level, with a strong preference for candidates with export experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the solar utility business across Europe.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Extensive experience working with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.
- A polished and cultivated business attitude, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
€120,000 - €150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
