Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced European Key Account Sales Director to join our team at AIKO Energy. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and directing our sales efforts across Europe, focusing on the utility renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct our sales efforts across Europe, focusing on the utility renewable energy sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and provide support at the C-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector at the European level, with a strong preference for candidates with export experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, managing teams to achieve business growth and expansion.
  • Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous.

Salary: €120,000 - €160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
