**Job Title:** Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of roofing and building product sales accounts across the Midlands and North West regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience working with builders merchants or selling similar products. You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £40,000+ per annum, plus 10% bonus

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position selling high-quality roofing and building products
  • Selling to roofing merchants, independent merchants, national merchants, and national buying groups
  • Developing dormant accounts and setting pricing structures, rebates, and discount levels
