As a TPS Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet revenue targets, maintaining a strong understanding of the Volkswagen Group's products and services, and fostering relationships with independent garages and bodyshops across East Midlands.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. A strong knowledge of Genuine Parts and products from TPS is essential.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
