Job Overview

Mitchell Maguire is a leading Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. This role will involve selling high-quality roofing and building products to key clients across the Midlands and North West.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the region. They will also be required to work closely with the internal sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Selling roofing and building products to key clients, including national merchants, independent merchants, and main contractors.
  • Managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with the internal sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing and building products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
