Sales Leadership Opportunity in the Midlands/South Yorkshire Region

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Director to drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with key customers in the Midlands/South Yorkshire region.

Job Summary:

  • Win new business opportunities with high-value customers, exceeding £300,000 to £2m per year, through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with customers to position Brakes as their preferred supply partner.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality tender submissions and support the launch of new business wins.
  • Contribute to the development of business goals and support colleagues within the National Account team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in new business development or national account roles, with success in winning tenders across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent customer relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of the Brakes business and the Hospitality/Catering marketplace.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for building presentations and evaluating tenders.
