Job Title: Sales Director - Market Research and Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at h2 Recruit, focusing on Market Research and Analytics sales for our Healthcare Panels and Services division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and revenue growth across the UK and EU regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and sell our Healthcare Panel Services and Products into new and existing enterprise accounts and Market Research Agencies.
  • Develop and implement account plans to expand our client base and influence across the UK and EU regions.
  • Deliver sales targets by utilizing hunting and farming skills, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, face-to-face meetings, and road shows.
  • Work with marketing to shape inbound and outbound leads and maximize personal sales efforts.
  • Represent at industry events and conferences and take up speaking opportunities to deliver world-class content.
  • Collaborate with a global team to foster growth and innovation for new revenue generation.
  • Qualify prospective clients, identify opportunities, and continuously manage the sales pipeline.
  • Leverage our solutions and identify the best offering for clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure client renewals and new opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to close and final delivery.

Requirements:

  • Several years of market research sales experience, with at least 3 years in the Healthcare sector.
