About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Residential Sales Director to lead our residential sales team in Nottingham. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving high performance, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor the residential sales team to achieve targets and grow the business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
  • Track and report on sales team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Assist with complex negotiations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management or valuer role within the residential property industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local residential property market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
