Job Title: HR Director

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures to meet business needs
  • Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing personnel to achieve business objectives
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment firms and coordinate with Engineering team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field
  • 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, including 2 years of experience in training and development
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven experience in managing leadership abilities and motivating and managing people
  • Strong business mind and accountability
  • Ability to create and manage processes and projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced international and multicultural environment
