The Director of People will lead the implementation of new performance management systems, provide strategic advice to the senior leadership and management teams, and develop a new learning management system and L&D initiatives. The role will also involve shaping a more flexible working culture and exploring new ways of working. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
