Interim HR Director

A leading charity in London seeks an experienced Interim HR Director to lead their HR function in a strategic capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR function, ensuring the delivery of key objectives.
- Lead a wider HR team, providing guidance and support to managers.
- Coach and advise managers to support the delivery of strategic priorities.
- Lead on organisational development initiatives, focusing on culture and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Develop and embed a high-performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of leading a HR team in a not-for-profit organisation.
- Previous experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs.
