Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our team at Michael Page HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee life-cycle processes, including probation, contract extensions, and exit procedures.
  • Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policy and procedural issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist with recruitment, screening, interviews, and the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Education experience preferred.
  • Able to start immediately.
What We Offer

Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
