Job Title: Interim HR Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an Interim HR Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and updating HR documents, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and standardization.

About the Role:
  • Develop and update HR documents, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs.
  • Review and improve people processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, to ensure they are lean, engaging, and utilize technology where possible.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR documents and policies align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in reviewing and updating HR documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience working in post-acquisitive environments within insurance or financial services.
  • Ability to track projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
