Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Director to lead the transformation of our People Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and driving business success.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring that our People Services are aligned with our corporate objectives and values.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance the employee experience, improve quality and efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the transformation of People Services, including developing and implementing HR strategies and plans
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and directors on HR-related matters
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Managing and developing the HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role, including leading a team and developing HR strategies
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving business success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
