Job Description:

As an SEN Provision Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with additional learning needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Collaborating with the SENDCo to ensure effective communication and coordination between teams
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting support programmes as needed

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong foundation in psychology, previous experience working with children with special educational needs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritises staff development and encourages continuous learning and growth.

Salary & Benefits:
