About the Role

This challenging and rewarding opportunity involves leading and managing the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive high-quality support and opportunities to thrive. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff to adapt the curriculum and provide targeted interventions.

  • Lead and manage the SEN provision within the school, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SEND legislation
  • Work closely with external agencies to support students' needs, driving exceptional outcomes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) and SENCO qualification, demonstrating your expertise in special educational needs
  • Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs, showcasing your ability to adapt and innovate
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, enabling you to drive results and improve student outcomes
