We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Coordinator to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) and be passionate about driving positive outcomes for students with additional needs.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's SEND strategy, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Coordinate provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs, including supporting teachers in identifying and meeting individual student needs.
  • Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for students, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and learning disabilities. A strategic thinker who is committed to inclusion and promoting positive outcomes for all learners, with a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.

What You Will Receive:
  • A competitive salary of £220,000 - £280,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
