We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a range of ages. They will be responsible for providing individual and group support to students with diverse SEN requirements, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. The successful candidate will also be required to work with students across different year groups, adapting their approach to meet the unique needs of each child. They will implement and support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work closely with the SENCO to ensure each student receives the appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual and group support to students with SEN requirements
* Work with students across different year groups

* Collaborate with SENCO to ensure student care
* Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally across multiple age groups
* Caring, patient, and positive attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility and proactive approach to working in a dynamic school environment
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to promoting pupil welfare
