Job Overview:

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Coordinator to join our team at an exceptionally high-achieving Secondary School in the Borough of Camden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children with a range of SEN, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that every pupil has access to a rich and engaging curriculum.

This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a competitive daily rate of £105-115 per day, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEN in their everyday routine
  • Keep students engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop inclusive lesson plans
  • Comply with the school's safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
  • Genuine interest in working with SEN
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
  • Calm and compassionate nature

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (£105-115 per day)
