About the Role:
This position involves working closely with experienced educators to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs. Your expertise in creating engaging and accessible learning materials will be instrumental in ensuring the academic success and well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver tailored support programs for students with SEN, incorporating their individual needs and goals.
• Liaise with parents and guardians to maintain open communication and ensure consistent support for students.
• Contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions to share best practices and enhance overall teaching quality.
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
