Teaching Support Specialist for SEND Students

At Opogo Careers, we are committed to providing high-quality education and support services to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a skilled and empathetic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a patient demeanor, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. They will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, provide one-to-one support, and track progress towards goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Providing individualized support to students with SEND
- Implementing IEPs and monitoring student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents
In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
