About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Psychology graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. The role involves working closely with students with Autism and ADHD, supporting their learning and development.

About Your Responsibilities

  • You will deliver one-on-one and small group interventions to students with Autism and ADHD.
  • You will support classroom learning across KS3 and KS4, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
  • You will build positive relationships with students to foster their confidence and independence.
  • You will collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to adapt resources for individual learning.
