Supporting Early Years SEN Provision

**Job Overview:** Harrisons Recruitment is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our client's team in Enfield, working with the Early Years provision. This long-term role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to develop their skills and passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the main class and break-out classroom to support the development of pre-verbal autistic children.
- Re-regulate children and help them establish into the mainstream class.
- Provide speech and language support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Experience working with Early Years children.
- Good knowledge of autism.
- Previous experience supporting pre-verbal children is beneficial.
