Job Title: Academic Early Years Teaching Assistant

As an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will make a positive impact within the classroom, supporting children's learning, encouraging positive behaviour, and providing pastoral support to children.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with planning and delivery of engaging activities that cater to children's diverse needs and interests.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on children's progress and offering guidance on how they can support their child's learning at home.
- Support the creation of a safe, nurturing environment that promotes social skills, emotional intelligence, and academic growth.
Requirements:
">- Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Nursery Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- A recognised qualification in Early Years education (e.g., Diploma in Nursery Nursing or Early Years Educator).
Desirable Skills and Qualities:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers.
