Early Years Education Support Worker

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Early Years Education Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Step Teachers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students, working closely with the Class Teacher to ensure seamless lesson delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Maintain effective communication with the Class Teacher and other staff members, ensuring a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the upkeep of a well-organised classroom, providing easy access to resources and materials for efficient lesson planning.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an Early Years setting, with a focus on supporting students' cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- A caring and empathetic approach, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- A valid first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one, demonstrating a commitment to student safety and wellbeing.
Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
