Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SENCO to lead our special school in Enfield, catering to young people aged 11-18 with SEMH needs.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEN policies and procedures.
  • Conduct assessments and coordinate IEPs for students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt curricula and teaching methods.
  • Provide training and support to teachers on SEN-related issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions.
  • E nsure safeguarding and child protection protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEN training.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,375 - £32,610 per annum (£210 - £280 per day), depending on experience.
