Diverse Education Professional Wanted for SEMH School Role

The Philosophy Education recruitment business is currently looking to fill a role in an SEMH Secondary School in Enfield.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Art Teacher who can provide engaging lessons across a range of topics following the curriculum. This long-term position will require you to take charge of planning and preparation, making it ideal for someone with experience teaching in a school environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant subject
- English and Maths or similar qualifications at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
- QTS qualification
- Experience working with students who have SEMH needs, preferably in a SEN/PRU setting
You will be responsible for developing secure and positive relationships with students, engaging them in their learning, and contributing to the overall culture of trust within the school.
