Education Assistant

As an Education Assistant in our SEN provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs in both 1:1 and small group environments.
You will work closely with the SENDCo to maintain high educational standards for SEN students and assist with intervention sessions and weekly catch-ups to monitor progress and meet targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain valuable experience in a well-supported school setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support students with additional learning needs in both 1:1 and small group environments
- Work closely with the SENDCo to maintain high educational standards for SEN students
- Assist with intervention sessions and weekly catch-ups to monitor progress and meet targets
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology is essential for this role
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred
Contract Details:
- Monday to Friday, term time only
- 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay: £21,078 per annum (pro-rata), including holiday pay
