About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Proprietary Facilities Team in London as a Broking Coordinator. This role will work closely with our London-based Marlin Facilities Team and support the Aon Reinsurance Solutions broking Network across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwriting and Risk Management: Perform underwriting of facultative business for the Marlin Facilities, analyzing and tracking records of all risks presented to the Marlin Facility.
  • Business Development and Relationship Management: Engage with Aon Reinsurance broking divisions in the APAC Region, assist APAC brokers in finding the best solution when deploying Marlin's capacity, and develop and maintain a good commercial/technical relationship with the APAC network.
  • Project and Account Management: Manage a Property & Power Facility backed by A+ rated Reinsurers from Lloyd's and company markets.
Requirements
  • Reinsurance Broking or Underwriting Experience: Proven experience in reinsurance broking or underwriting, including project and account management.
  • London Market Experience: Experience gained within the London Market.
  • Language Skills: High-level English language skills, with Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Developed negotiation skills, good communication skills, and ability to manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
