What your role will entail As a Team Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

Qualifications and experience for success
  • Demonstrated experience in the insurance sector, either with a Global Broker or Insurer, along with established market connections
  • Technical knowledge of US and/or International Casualty markets
  • In-depth understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
