Job Title: Client Services Admin Support

Oneglobal Broking is a commercial insurance and reinsurance broker dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage risk through insurance.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Non-Marine Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional technical support to clients across various business areas, including Renewables, Construction, and Property. Your expertise will help us deliver proactive solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide global broker support to our broking teams, preparing renewal statistics and documentation for market placement.
  • Offer trusted technical support, creating and preparing global market and client documentation, including slip production, wording, and clauses knowledge.
  • Support the drafting of client evidence of coverage, including Debit/Credit Notes and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update internal paper and electronic systems, databases, and workflows to meet Contract Certainty and regulatory guidelines.
  • Submit slips and LPANs to Bureau (XIS) for signing and utilize London Market-based portals to facilitate your role.
  • Assist with client liaison, ensuring all global queries, data requests, and resolution of queries are dealt with promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop business relationships with global markets, clients, and colleagues to provide optimal service to clients.
  • Continuously review client service delivery to achieve optimal client satisfaction.
  • Sound technical experience, with a focus on Renewables, Construction, and Property account management and processing, particularly in Latin American business.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
